• Unopened, unused kits in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery, unless marked non‑returnable.
• Opened consumables (e.g., wash, lotion, wipes) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
• To start a return, contact support with your order number and photos (if applicable). Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
