We deliver across Bangladesh. Typical delivery time is 24–72 hours depending on your location and courier schedules. You will receive an SMS/call from the rider before delivery.
Each kit contains curated newborn/bath/grooming essentials such as mild wash, lotion, towel, soft brush/comb, nail trimmer with safety guard, nasal aspirator, cotton buds, and a quick-start guide. Contents may vary by kit type and availability.
Yes. We source from authorized distributors and verified brands only. Consumables are factory-sealed and batch-tracked. Tools are BPA-free and designed with rounded, baby-safe edges.
Yes, you can choose a preset kit (Newborn, Bath & Grooming, Hospital-Bag, or Travel) and add/swap items where available. Custom bundles may affect price and delivery time.
Unopened, unused kits can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened consumables (wash, lotion, wipes) are not returnable. Contact support with your order number to start a return or replacement.
